Group Captain. A K Srivastava (IAF veteran) is an Educational Psychologist par excellence! He has varied experience, including Senior Education Officer in the IAF, Chief Instructor at NTTI, Academic Head of Sainik schools and a Senior Psychologist at different Service Selection Boards (SSB) in the country. He has hands on experience in successfully coaching a large number of youth to become officers in defense forces. He is expert in conflict management and career counseling for the youth and parents. His forte lies in building organizational culture of an educational body and guiding top management on leadership roles. Presently, he is perusing his Doctorate in psychology from J N V University Rajasthan.
